Returns and Refunds Policy

Chiron Botanics SL (hereafter referred to as "us", "we" or "our") operates this website (the "Service"). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

When purchasing product(s), the customer can return  the product(s) within 14 days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by the customer or a representative which was previously designated by the consumer and announced to Chiron Botanics SL. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days;
• The product is in its original packaging;
• The product isn’t used or damaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please contact us before you send the product(s) back.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of products are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of, or damage to, the product(s) during shipping.

If you received a damaged product from the courier, please notify us immediately for assistance.
